  • No send multiple emails with the same problem. This will not result in shorter response times.
  • No ask about Level 2 or Level 3 checks. We have released Level access within 48 hours.
  • Before sending us emails with your questions, no please stop checking our manuals for each procedure.

If none of the above applies to you, send us an email and remember:

  • Include all relevant details in your email: transaction ID, currency type, transaction amount and date.
  • Be polite to the support team, we do not tolerate abuses against the team, they are working to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
  • Our maximum response time is up to 24 hours.
