Here are some tips, to help Us handle your requests as soon as possible.
- No send multiple emails with the same problem. This will not result in shorter response times.
- No ask about Level 2 or Level 3 checks. We have released Level access within 48 hours.
- Before sending us emails with your questions, no please stop checking our manuals for each procedure.
If none of the above applies to you, send us an email and remember:
- Include all relevant details in your email: transaction ID, currency type, transaction amount and date.
- Be polite to the support team, we do not tolerate abuses against the team, they are working to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
- Our maximum response time is up to 24 hours.
